The ACF® calculator is freely accessible without prior registration. AI CONSULTING reserves the right to suspend or modify the service at any time.
3. Nature of the Assessment
The ACF® Score is an indicative assessment based on the answers provided by the user. It does not constitute a certified audit and AI CONSULTING cannot be held liable for decisions made based on this score.
4. Intellectual Property
The Agentic Commerce Framework® (ACF®) is a trademark and proprietary methodology of Vincent DORANGE. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without prior written authorization.
5. Liability
AI CONSULTING shall not be held liable for:
- Decisions made based on the ACF® Score
- Errors or inaccuracies in the user's responses
- Temporary service interruptions
- Indirect damages resulting from use of the calculator

These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nice.
